Dare to be Great Challenge

On Halloween of this year we here at HopeSource had our All Staff Retreat at the Wild Horse Wind Farm. This year's theme was "Dare to be Great." We as a company discussed "What Do Our Core Values Mean To You? - Strive for Excellence in All We Do" and "What Does Our Mission Statement Mean To You? - Moving people to permanent self-sufficiency"

What Do Our Core Values Mean To You?
Strive for Excellence in All We Do
Our programs are budget focused and efficient. We are continually improving and analyzing what we do so we can improve. We go above and beyond what is required. We go the extra mile. We take time to do things correctly and efficiently the first time. We keep our client's needs in mind and stick with them through the hard times. We care for the 'whole person'. We treat clients with integrity, respect their information, and leave judgments at the door. We stand by and support our programs. We continually educate ourselves to help people better. We think ahead and anticipate needs. We demonstrate a Servant's Heart. We are passionate about the work we do.
What Does Our Mission Mean To You?
Moving people to permanent self-sufficiency
Freedom! People are not dependent on outside sources for their lives. We encourage independence with dignity. We allow people to connect to their full potential and to their community. We set the stage for a sense of belonging. We support people in making their goals and dreams a reality. We provide tools that work and a network that can support individual growth. We believe our work leads to community stability and growth. HopeSource must be self-sufficient in order to help others be and believe in self-sufficiency.
