| Kittitas County Coalition for Human Rights is a private organization with no powers of coercion and they maintain the phone lines so that people who feel that their human rights have been violated can call in and they give them advice as to what agency might be able to help them out. In some instances they may even go with the client to a particular agency to advocate and help them but in most instances they will refer them to legal services provided to people on low income, or to any number of agencies that are affiliated. In addition to this they do education work in the community to make people aware of their human rights and what they can do when they have a problem or need assistance in this arena. |

ParentHelp123.org, program of WithinReach, helps Washington State families apply for health and food programs online, and locate resources in their local communities. The website has health information for pregnant women, parents of new babies, and families with children. WithinReach developed their website to make it easier for families to get the help they need.
WithinReach is a private non-profit organization that has been connecting families and providers to health and food programs, resources and information for over 20 years. We serve families and providers across Washington state and have a long standing public-private partnership with the Washington State Department of Health and the Department of Social and Health Services.
Each year, we connect more than 100,000 families to food and health resources, through our toll-free hotlines, ParentHelp123.org and our statewide health coalitions. Our mission is to serve as the foremost catalyst for improvements in maternal, child and family health. |
