Sign ups for Energy Assistance are now open for all households.
Welcome to the sign-up page for Energy Assistance. For more information about the program and income requirements, please see the Energy Assistance page under the “Programs” tab.
To request an energy assistance appointment, please fill out and submit the form below. Please do not submit your request more than once.
The Energy Assistance program includes an educational component that is separate from your appointment with our Energy Assistance staff. You will receive information on this when you apply.
Due to the high demand for Energy Assistance, it may be up to 3 months after you complete your request before you receive a postcard via mail or email asking for your required documents. Once you have received your postcard and provided HopeSource with all the required documents, you can expect a phone call from a HopeSource staff member within a week.
Please Note: In order for our staff to further process your application, you need to first complete a workshop. Due to COVID-19, most workshops are available as videos online. Please carefully choose a workshop below, noting if it is online or in-person. In-person workshops are available in Ellensburg on a very limited basis. If you watch an online workshop, you must fill out the workshop survey at the end, using the same name and email address you are using for your Energy Assistance application.
