Teanaway Court: September 10, 2026
Construction has begun at the Teanaway Court site in Cle Elum. Crews are working hard to excavate the site, set forms, and get everything ready for the foundations to be poured before winter weather arrives.
Pathways Project: August 20, 2026
Pathways construction progress continues!
-Framing has begun at the site, the community center building framing is completed.
-All foundations have been poured
-Building 1 electrical, plumbing and framing is nearing completion
-Framing progress has started at buildings 2 and 4
-Utility connections are in progress from the street into the site
Pathways Project: July 14, 2026
We are excited to share progress updates from Pathways Place in Ellensburg! Since construction began:
-The existing parking lot has been removed
-Trees on site have been evaluated and protected
-The interior of Nites Inn has been demoed and framing has been completed
-Building 2, 3, and 4 footings for the foundations have been poured
